Crash Champions Collision Repair Irving

My two stars are solely because of the customer service in the front (Theresa and John), but the work done to my car was not good. I had some front end damage work done. I've have taken it back twice after the initial work was completed and it needs to go back a third time. I just cant be without my car for another week.

I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions in Irving on E. Airport Freeway. After my car accident, my vehicle was towed there the very next day, and from the moment they received it, the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. The staff took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. They walked around my vehicle with me, pointed out all of the damage, and explained exactly what repairs would be made and why. I never felt left in the dark or confused about the process. Throughout the repair, they kept me updated with both text messages and phone calls, so I always knew what stage my vehicle was in and when to expect the next update. That level of communication gave me a lot of peace of mind during a stressful situation. When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely perfect. The repairs were flawless, and it looked like my accident had never happened. Before I left, they took the time to walk me through everything that had been repaired, explained the work that was completed, and answered all of my questions. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend Crash Champions in Irving to anyone

Crash Champions did a great and fast job on both of our hail damaged vehicles. Both back and repaired in a matter of days. They look great. Communication from the entire team is excellent.

I’ve been driving around the past couple of weeks with a noise under my car. Thankfully Hoa Phan was able to assist me rather quickly on the issue! He did it with no hesitation and didn’t charge me anything either. I’m so grateful for the assistance! Great customer service from Crash Champions! I highly recommend them!

I have never experienced better customer service in any industry ever. the general manager Michael really takes pride in his customers! christine is always friendly and happy to help on the phone. i’ll be back again the next time someone decides to crash into me! it is hard to get someone on the phone or someone to return your calls but it’s a very busy place. the updates are great every few days on the progress of the car.
